The Malone Family Foundation Ryan Malone Signed Jersey Giveaway Official Rules
1. Sponsor and Promotion
Sponsor/Promoter: The Malone Family Foundation (“Sponsor”).
Promotion Name: The Malone Family Foundation NHL Jersey Giveaway (“Giveaway”).
Platform: This Giveaway is hosted exclusively on Instagram and is subject to all Instagram terms and policies.
No Purchase Necessary: A purchase or payment of any kind is not necessary to enter or win.
2. Eligibility
Age: Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants under the age of 18 must have the approved consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter.
Residency: Entrants must be legal residents of the United States of America (USA).
Ineligibility: Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) of The Malone Family Foundation are not eligible to enter or win.
Instagram Accounts: Entrants must have a valid, public Instagram account to enter and for the duration of the Giveaway. Private accounts may not be eligible unless they are made public during the entry verification period.
3. Prize
Prize: One (1) Official Adidas NHL Pittsburgh Penguins Ryan Malone Jersey, signed by Ryan Malone.
Prize Value: The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is variable. The prize is awarded “as is” and cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner is responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with the prize.
4. Giveaway Period
Start Date: November 17, 2025, at 6:00 AM EST
End Date: November 24, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST
Entries submitted outside of this period will be disqualified.
5. How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry, eligible participants must complete the following mandatory steps on the original Giveaway post:
Follow the official Instagram account of The Malone Family Foundation.
Tag two (2) unique, real friends in the comments section of the original Giveaway post.
Bonus Entry:
Bonus Entry: Entrants may receive one (1) additional bonus entry by sharing the original Giveaway post to their Instagram Story.
Limit: Maximum of two (2) entries per person (one standard entry + one bonus entry). Automated or bulk entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Selection Method: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Notification: The winner will be notified by the Sponsor via Instagram Direct Message (DM) within forty-eight (48) hours of the Giveaway closing date (by 11/26/2025).
Claiming the Prize: The potential winner must respond to the notification DM within seventy-two (72) hours of initial contact and provide any required information (e.g., shipping address, proof of eligibility). Failure to respond in time or meet all eligibility requirements will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Malone Family Foundation and its associated entities from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) participation in the Giveaway and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries.

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to The Malone Family Foundation and not to Instagram. By participating, the entrant fully releases Instagram from any claims or damages related to this Giveaway.
