Chief Executive Officer, Operation Healing Forces

Kerry Irvin serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Operation Healing Forces (OHF), a national nonprofit headquartered in Tampa, dedicated to providing comprehensive support to the U.S. Special Operations Forces community. A passionate leader and advocate for Military, Veteran, and First Responder causes, Kerry draws upon her distinguished career as a National Security and Intelligence Officer. This experience gave her profound insight into the extraordinary resilience of service members and the complex challenges faced by them and their families.

Kerry is also a Department of Defense Certified Master Resilience Trainer, Human Performance Expert, and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training facilitator, applying her expertise to promote mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Her dedication has been recognized through honors such as the U.S. President’s Lifetime Achievement Award, the

Secretary of the Army’s Superior Public Service Medal, 2025 Tampa Bay Business Woman of the Year Honoree, and recognition as a three-time Military Spouse of the Year.

Kerry’s relationship with The Malone Family Foundation began in 2024 when she served as the Keynote Speaker for the inaugural Warrior Hockey Academy in Tampa. She will also play an ongoing role in the Foundation, helping to advance shared goals of resilience and community healing. As a respected voice, she is committed to driving transformative change, fostering connections and building robust support systems for both current and future generations of military, and civilian community members through her work with OHF and The Malone Family Foundation.
