Mark Malone

Secretary, The Malone Family Foundation | Attorney, Morgan & Morgan

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Mark Malone is an attorney at Morgan & Morgan, where he shares his steadfast dedication to justice and his clients. Beyond the courtroom, Mark brings the same tenacity to the ice. He skated collegiately at Nichols College from 2003 to 2007 – earning captaincy and distinction as a standout defenseman. He continued into the professional ranks, playing for the Wheeling Nailers and Bakersfield Condors.

After time in Colorado, Mark returned to Pittsburgh in 2023 and joined his family’s mission of giving back as the Secretary of The Malone Family Foundation. He also contributes actively to the Pittsburgh Penguins Alumni Association, supporting both hockey and community initiatives.

In his role with the foundation, Mark leverages his legal expertise and hockey background to help strengthen organizational governance and ensure program success. His commitment extends the family’s multi-generational dedication to giving back through hockey.
