TJ Brown serves as the Senior Associate Athletic Director – Chief Revenue Officer at Robert Morris University, leading the development and execution of strategies to maximize all athletic department revenue streams. He oversees fundraising, corporate partnerships, ticket sales, and collaborates closely with marketing, fan experience, and media relations to drive efficiency and growth across units.

In addition to his revenue responsibilities, TJ serves as the sport administrator for RMU’s NCAA Division I men’s and women’s ice hockey programs, ensuring student-athletes thrive both on and off the ice. He also plays a key role in advancing RMU’s presence in the Name, Image & Likeness (NIL) space, creating innovative opportunities for athletes to engage with the broader community.

With a proven record of leadership and growth, TJ is committed to elevating RMU Athletics’ profile and impact. As a board member of The Malone Family Foundation, he brings his expertise, passion for sports, and dedication to mentoring young athletes to support the foundation’s mission.
